Bill's expertise lies in shopping centre leasing and management, with a specialization in tenancy mix planning and rental appraisals. He's widely known in the industry for his creative thinking and his persistence in striking deals that benefit all parties involved. Bill has successfully negotiated leasing deals with major retailers such as Kmart, Target, Big W, Woolworths, Coles, Franklins, Aldi, Myer, and David Jones, as well as various specialty retailers of all types and sizes.
